Gender Equality and Gender Mainstreaming

Women and girls face barriers that limit their access to education, employment, leadership opportunities, and financial independence. In rural communities, these challenges can be more pronounced, with poverty and limited resources affecting girls' ability to reach their full potential.

Education is one of the most powerful tools for reducing gender inequality. While primary school enrollment has improved globally, many girls leave school early due to financial hardship, early marriage, or teenage pregnancy. When girls are unable to complete their education, their opportunities for stable employment and economic security are greatly reduced. We're working to change that - and you can help be part of the change.
