Our current mission in Uganda
Helping 293 children at Kampara Primary School access education, nutritious meals and clean water.
Why your support matters
We have been working in the districts near Mbarara, in Uganda for nearly eight years.
Our partner school, Kampara Primary school has 293 children enrolled.
Many children come from families living on less than $2 a day.
They often walk a long distances to school.
Families struggles to afford mandatory school and exam fees, uniforms, and school supplies.
Some children arrive at school hungry and without access to clean water
WHAT WE ARE DOING
Currently, our goal is to ensure every child at kyempara primary school can learn, grow, and thrive without the burden of poverty holding them back
School and Exam fees
Uniforms
Providing complete school uniform, including socks and shoes, cost approximately $60
Providing students with essential school supplies throughout the school year cost around $10 per student
Food Garden
Growing the school's food garden to provide nutritious meals for students and promote sustainable farming
School Supplies
Helping all 293 students stay in school by covering mandatory school and exam fees.
$23 per term (3 terms per school year)
